Estas son las actividades oficiales que se han planeado para la Semana del Chilcano 2017. Bajo el lema “Chilcanos de pura cepa” se unen casa pisqueras, bares, restaurante y hoteles de todo el país. Acá va el calendario que cierra con el Chilcanofest.

17 DE ENERO

Chilcanos de café

Con la participación de los blends de cafés de origen realizados por David Torres Bisetti. Se presentan Macondo y Solo para fumadores, en armonía con el pisco Sérvulo. En Arábica Espresso Bar (Recavarren 269, Miraflores) desde las 19:00 horas.

18 DE ENERO

Chilcanos de pura cepa con Viejo Tonel

Chilcanos con torontel, moscatel, mollar, Italia, quebranta y albilla de esta bodega, intervenidos con diferentes botánicos que ayudarán a resaltar los descriptores. Además, una introducción a la historia de la bodega y a la historia del pisco. En el Madbar (Guardia Civil 727, San Borja) desde las 19:00 horas.

19 DE ENERO

Noche de chilcanos

Chilcano clásico y su nuevo chilcano de pisco reposado en barrica de roble durante seis meses. Música en vivo: criolla, boleros y bossa novas. En El Pisquerito (reservas en admin@elpisquerito.com) desde las 19:00 horas.

Barra en vivo

Chilcanos y piqueos en la terraza lounge Social con música en vivo. En el Social Restaurant & Bar del Hotel Hilton (Av. La Paz 1099, Miraflores / Reservas: 200-8000) desde las 20:00 horas.

Chilcanos BROthers BRAvos

Con banda en vivo, DJ y el primer chilcano Premium gratis. En Bravo Restobar desde las 20:00 horas.

Chilcanofest 2017

La entrada incluye:
