INGREDIENTES

• 1 kg de bife de lomo de cerdo, puede ser también lomito de cerdo

Para la salsa

• 1/2 taza de salsa de soja o sillao
• 2 cucharaditas de aceite de ajonjolí
• 1 dedo de kion o jengibre rallado
• 4 dientes de ajo aplastados o rallados
• 1 cucharadita de sal

PREPARACIÓN

• Mezclar los ingredientes de la salsa y con ella macerar el cerdo unas dos o tres horas, o si pueden de un día para otro.
• Precalentar el horno a 180 C. Reservar la salsa de la macerada y en una sartén muy caliente sellar el cerdo por todos lados. Colocar en una asadera para horno y volver a bañar con la salsa que quedó de la macerada anterior.
• Llevar el cerdo al horno por 40 minutos. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar fuera del horno, porque si lo dejan dentro se sigue cocinando y se seca. Servir en tajadas con ensalada verde y camotes al horno.
